    Leaking Package & skin irritation

    I purchased the 1oz product and received this packaging with the product already leaking. The pump wasn't screwed on properly or something so the product was oozing out. As someone who actually has worked with packaging products for most of my career, this raised concerns about how it was handled or sealed before shipping. I informed customer service but they never even bothered replying. Second, the product caused irritation to my face which is unusual for me because I don't typically have sensitive skin or reactions to skin care products. I almost take it for granted and use any products. It could just be it wasn't compatible but out of all the products I've ever used this was the only one that caused any real irritation. I looked up colloidal silver and i found results that said "Both the FDA and medical professionals generally advise against its use, stating it is not effective and can be unsafe." Not sure if that's what did it but I thought I'd caution others from a packaging perspective and ingredient.

    Because both the packaging and the product itself felt inconsistent with expectations, I’m disappointed in the overall experience. It also made me question the brand’s quality control standards, since packaging integrity is usually a basic indicator of how carefully a product is manufactured and handled.

    Unfortunately, I won’t be repurchasing.
