What is the SONYA CIRCLE program?

SONYA CIRCLE is our loyalty program. For every dollar you spend at on merchandise, net of promotions and discounts (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees), you receive one point. Points can be redeemed for exclusive discounts, free products, and other rewards.

Who is eligible to join SONYA CIRCLE?

Membership is limited to individuals only, and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the program. You must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States. By signing up for the SONYA CIRCLE program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The program is void where prohibited by law.

What does it cost to join SONYA CIRCLE?

Enrollment is free. No purchase is necessary to become a member of SONYA CIRCLE.

How do I enroll in the SONYA CIRCLE program?

You can join the SONYA CIRCLE program online, by going to and click on the ‘Create an Account’ button. You also have the opportunity to enroll after completing an online purchase. 

How do I earn SONYA CIRCLE points?

You earn one point for every dollar you spend on merchandise net of promotions and discounts (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) purchased online at Points accrue automatically when you make a purchase; you must be logged into your SONYA CIRCLE account for points to automatically accrue for your purchases. 

How do I access my SONYA CIRCLE account?

Your SONYA CIRCLE account can be accessed on simply by logging in with your registered email address under the ‘My Account’ button at the top of the webpage, If you need assistance, send a message to Customer Serviceselect SONYA CIRCLE from the options, and reference the email address registered to your SONYA CIRCLE account.

I just placed an order / signed up / engaged on social media but I don’t see points added to my account.

Not to worry! Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply points to your account. If you don’t see the points in your account after 24 hours, please send a message to Customer Service and include your order number and we’ll take care of it for you!

How do I redeem my SONYA CIRCLE rewards?

To redeem a reward, log on to your SONYA DAKAR account and click the SONYA CIRCLE link. Click the “Ways to redeem”” button and select an available reward. You must be logged into your account to redeem your reward. Awards for product or merchandise must be redeemed while shopping for other product and can not be redeemed alone. You may use one reward per transaction; any remaining amounts will not be eligible for redemption or retention. Awards cannot be applied to a previous purchase. SONYA CASH rewards cannot be applied towards the purchase of discounted items.

Do my SONYA CIRCLE points expire?

Your points are valid for 1 year.

I didn’t mean to redeem my points, can I get them back? 

As long as the redeem code has not been used you can contact Customer Service and include the email address associated with your account  and we’ll take care of it for you! Once the code has been used, the points and award are are non-refundable.

Can I earn points for purchases made prior to enrollment?

Points cannot be retroactively accrued for purchases made prior to enrollment in SONYA Rewards.


SONYA CASH rewards are discounts you can redeem and apply to the purchase of merchandise (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) on The SONYA CASH rewards are not cash; have no cash value without a purchase; and may not be altered, sold, bartered, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The SONYA CASH reward is subject to change, alteration, or termination by SONYA DAKARat any time.

What happens if my order is returned or canceled?

Any points associated with that order will be deducted from your SONYA CIRCLE account balance.

Can I combine my rewards?

Rewards cannot be combined. Awards are also not valid with any other promotions unless specified.

How do I leave or reactivate my SONYA Rewards account if I’ve canceled my membership?

We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to leave the SONYA CIRCLE program, send a message to Customer Service and we will deactivate your account. Please note that deactivating your account will cause you to lose any accrued points. You may re-enroll in the program at any time, however, your point balance will reset to zero

What if I have additional questions or concerns?

If you have any additional questions or concerns, send a message to Customer Service select SONYA Rewards from the options, and reference the email address registered to your SONYA Rewards account.
