What is a subscription order?

By signing up for a subscription order, you receive your favorite skincare products on a recurring basis so you never run out! You can choose your order frequency based on how often you restock your products (every month, 2, 3, or 6 months), and your order will be sent out automatically on this schedule. Your payment information is saved to your subscription, so you will be automatically charged for each order shipment. We’ll send you an email a few days before to remind you of the upcoming charge so you can skip, cancel or add additional products to your order. To sign up, just click “Subscribe” on your favorite products and add to cart!

*Some items, including but not limited to sets/kits, limited edition products, and merch may not be eligible for subscriptions.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can change your shipping address, change your order frequency, add products to an upcoming order or update your payment info here!

Can I change the item I am subscribed to?

In order to switch to a different item, please cancel the subscription for this item, then add the new item you'd like to receive instead. Click here to add or remove items from your subscription order.

Can I apply a discount code to my subscription order?

Yes, you can apply select discount codes to an order containing a subscription item, and the discount will apply to this item and any other qualifying items in that order. Discounts will only apply once to the first subscription order, and not towards future recurring shipments.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel or skip your subscription at any time. Click here and follow the instructions to close your account.

Is there a price difference when ordering products as a subscription?

Yes, select subscription orders receive a 10% discount on each subscribed item and free shipping in the US!
