Kelly LeVeque’s Kale & Hemp Heart Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- handful of greens
- 1 tbsp mct oil
- 1 tsp ashwaganda
- 2 c unsweetened almond milk
- hemp hearts to top
Directions:
Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
