Vegan Omega 3 Supplement

New: Omega Glow V3 The Glow Begins Within

Since launching the iconic Omega Booster back in 1983, Sonya Dakar has developed a wide variety of products infused with her signature omega ingredient. Blending her passion for omega with her firm belief that “glowing skin starts within,” Sonya was inspired to develop a product that captures the benefits of omega in ingestible form. The new Omega Glow V3 is a realization of that belief and will join her growing collection of omega products to nourish, protect and illuminate the skin.

Omega Glow V3 is an Omega-3 daily supplement that is vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO and tested for purity. Each vegan softgel of Omega Glow V3 provides 300 mg of EPA and DHA, also known as essential fatty acids, or "the good fats." While most commonly found in fish oil, these essential oils, and indeed the entire softgel, are vegan sourced from marine microalgae. Offering a vegan product aligns with the company’s “No Animal Cruelty” claim and creates a viable omega option for vegetarians, vegans as well as those observing Kosher and Halal dietary standards.

The fatty acids in Omega Glow V3 have been shown in countless studies to have a wide range of benefits on skin, brain and body. What many may not be aware of is that Omega-3 has been shown to be beneficial for reducing inflammation, improving cardiovascular health, supporting sound sleep, weight loss, enhancing moods…shall we go on?

Check out the benefits that further explore why the Sonya Dakar team is “Omega Obsessed”:

Enhancing glowing complexion: Fatty acids are emollients, natural moisturizers that revitalize dry skin. Algal oil is rich in polyunsaturated fats, helping restore fats lost in the skin, thus eradicating dryness.

Reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression: Studies have shown that supplementing with Omega 3 fatty acids improves the symptoms of both anxiety and depression. EPA, especially, has been found to decrease neuroinflammation and relieves accompanying symptoms.

Supporting cardiovascular health: The American Heart Association recommends the daily intake of 1g EPA and DHA due to studies showing positive impact on heart health.

Improving joint health: Omega-3 supplements have been shown to help people with rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disorder that damages the lining of the joints. With daily intake of EPA/DHA supplements, RA patients are able to take fewer anti-inflammatory meds.

Alleviating menstrual discomfort: Studies have found that women who took daily Omega 3 EPA/DHA supplements had less menstrual pain than those who took a placebo. This may be due to the anti-inflammatory and mood enhancing properties of Omega-3 essential oil.

Reducing inflammation: EPA and DHA can influence the inflammatory response in multiple ways, and have been shown to be beneficial for individuals suffering from inflammatory conditions, such as arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease.

Enhancing cognitive functions: Omega-3 fatty acids, particularly DHA, have been shown to support the maintenance of healthy brain and gray matter volume and brain structure.
