Been fighting jaw acne for a few months now and this product worked almost overnight. Does not dry out my skin or cause sensitivity like other benzoyl products. The pump never worked though, so I have to pop that off and use a Q-tip to get the product out. If it just came in a jar or tube it would be easier to use.

Upon arrival, the bottle appears empty as you can only see the bottom half (the top half is covered by the label). Once I opened the bottle, the cream was at the surface and I had my daughter use a Q-tip to get the product out and put on her face; the pump didn't work either.
Quite deceiving as you think you are getting and paying for a full-size bottle of product when you are only receiving 1/2 of a bottle. Not worth the price despite the product being good.
When I emailed customer service and sent them a pic of my bottle, I was told, "the bottle looks good and full". Well, clearly, it wasn't full.
The packaging should be re-engineered.

This is hands-down one of the best acne-fighting products out there. It has done wonders for my breakouts! The only downside is the bottle - I'm on my 2nd bottle and both times the pump just stops working and you have to get very creative to get the product out. I really hope they change the packaging, because the product is great.
